Blended learning

Smart pedagogy means that the student learns how to become self-taught. Blended learning is a teaching method that facilitates that goal.
Blended learning can also be referred to as mixed learning, hybrid learning or integrative learning – and denotes learning that involves a variety of methods and teaching environments. The idea is to engage the student to pursue independent learning, and build a stronger relationship between theory and practice by making the learning as varied as possible.

The ultimate combination

A common version of blended learning is to combine classroom-based teaching with online courses and mobile learning. The digital methods ads flexibility and room for independent studying, while they also make it easier to adapt the material and study pace according to the individual needs of the students.
For us, blended learning represents the smartest method for learning as it integrates theory with practice by supporting the newly acquired knowledge in the everyday environment of the student.

A way of thinking

We always bring blended learning to the table when discussing new productions with our clients, and are happy to identity how a certain course may function as part of a larger initiative. In our view, a similar approach is essential in order to achieve a sustainable learning environment, while it is also crucial for realizing the potential of digital educational methods.
There has long been an idea that schools and universities are the learning institutions of our society, while working life is characterised by making use of the knowledge one has acquired during schooling. But that time has passed. We want to create the world’s best solutions for enabling everybody to learn through their entire lives – while they are employed in organizations and businesses producing everything but educational tools or services.
