Templates and Design
Alfa Laval produces long-term in both Adobe Captivate and Articulate Studio. In cooperation with TicTac they have started to produce design templates and player templates that are following the organization’s graphic profile.
System Education for SharePoint
TicTac has produced an education in Adobe Captivate that consists of nine chapters covering the new functions in the organization’s SharePoint-based intranet. The educations are interactive simulations that allow the user to conduct regular tasks with commentary and help along the way.
IT Security
Alfa Laval takes security very seriously. Because of this we have helped them to create a course in IT-security. The course focus at important elements that are characteristic for a working day at Alfa Laval, while it also serves as part of a larger campaign that targets the entire organization and is meant to function long-term.
Performance Agreement
TicTac also create sales educations. Alfa Laval recently signed up for an e-course that raises the question of quality when it comes to service agreements.
