Arla

Knowledge must motivate in order to be effective. Arla has understood this, and therefore sparked motivation by creating courses that function as a quiz. The quiz contains six different categories, covering aspects such as Arla’s approach to environmental issues and facts about Arla’s production line. We built the quiz in Adobe Flash and did our best to trigger the competitive instincts of the users. For example, we made various scoreboards where regional and national levels were ranked and compared.
The quiz was intended for everyone working for Arla, and had three steps. The first two steps were located at the web, where everybody got to test their skills, and then try again to improve their results. The last step was a live competition where regions competed against each other – while those who did not make it to the finals were cheering in the audience.
