Carlsberg Sverige is Sweden’s leading brewery and is offering a broad selection of drinks. Carlberg develops, produces and sells beers, mineral waters, soft drinks and wines and spirits. Their success relies on the combination of strong local and international brands, high competence and a brewery tradition that dates back almost 300 years in time.
Chief Licence
Educating leaders is a complex process with many steps. We helped Carlsberg to facilitate that process by creating The Chief License. The Chief License is an education that introduces the basics of Carlsberg and leadership training, and then prepares the student for in-depth personalized coaching. A couple of subjects dealt with are “Leading through change”, “Recruiting” and “Wage levels”.
Five modules in ten weeks
The course was made in Articulate Studio, which means it had a short production time and rather strict guidelines as regards design and structure. The final result was a stringent and motivating education that prepared its users for a future at Carlsberg.
