Coop Sweden asked us to produce 7 training courses in 2010. We are proud of their confidence in us and happy for the exciting year we have shared.
Rapid e-learning
To meet the deadline TicTac and Coop developed a modern and efficient method for rapid e-learning production. This resulted in a slightly different division of responsibility, somewhat broader roles and especially modern tools for design and development.
Over-the-counter medicine, a roaring success
The first course, which was about the new sales of over-the-counter-medicine in Coop stores, was a tremendous success. Over 500 people passed the course during the first month. The courses also proved a success among the many holiday workers that came in and quickly updated their knowledge, learning how to sell products that had only recently been introduced in the stores.
Connect: our Learning Management System (LMS)
Coop uses TicTac Online Academy to manage their courses and handle registration and certification of users. Our LMS elegantly handles the load of training every employee of Sweden’s largest convenience store chain needs.
Template-based training with Articulate Studio
We used Articulate Studio, among other tools, to create courses. One of the advantages with Articulate Studio is that you can create design templates that can be re-used. This has increased the speed of production dramatically.
Cooperation and collaboration
Coop are extremely talented when it comes to producing content and write quite detailed manuscripts without our help. The role we play as consultants therefore resembles that of a coach; we help Coop in their development of ideas aimed at reaching certain creative and pedagogical goals.
