The National Insurance Office is responsible for much of the public security systems in Sweden. Their mission includes investigating, determining and paying social insurance to all eligible citizens. The National Insurance Office has approximately 12 500 employees in Sweden.

In such a large organization with such a heavy responsibility knowledge plays an important role. That is why the National Insurance Office invests in a lot of training and especially web-based training. Using web-based knowledge sharing new administrators can rapidly access the knowledge they need to make the right decisions.
