Rapid e-learning: Quick and uncomplicated

To produce e-learning quickly and in a simple way we use all the leading tools on the market, such as Articulate Studio, Adobe Captivate and Lectora Inspire. Why reinvent the wheel when it already exists? That being said, we also develop unique e-learning solutions from the ground up.

Do you want to develop your own rapid e-learning?

Many organizations of today want to have their own tools for rapid e-learning creation. This makes sense to us. That’s why we hold workshops and train you in using the tools you need; for example Articulate Studio.

Rapid e-learning

There are many great tools for making fast e-learning productions on the net. Using these tools, in combination with smart project models, is usually referred to as rapid e-learning development, or simply rapid e-learning.

Why is rapid e-learning interesting?

The real benefit with rapid e-learning is that organizations and individuals can create and update courses fast and cost-effectively.

Traditionally, e-learning development was a long process taking months to finish, but thanks to new techniques it just takes a few weeks from start to deadline. Rapid e-learning has become invaluable for many organizations working with digital competence maintenance.

Does fast mean poor quality?

Fast is often connected to poor quality, but when it comes to e-learning the technical aspects are seldom determining to the general quality or results – script and structure will affect a lot more. Rapid e-learning is a means to create standardized high quality educations.

How do you maintain high quality?

Since e-learning has become a lot more cost-effective new possibilities have opened up. Educations can be updated, changed and improved very quickly. Many of our clients start with a sketch of the most important messages they wish to convey. The sketch can be made as a PowerPoint, or on regular paper. The next step is to develop design templates following the graphic profile of the company. When those are finished interactivity and tests that engage the user are added. All the material can be reused in future courses.

Does rapid e-learning have a certain look?

Many people think rapid e-learning looks a certain way, but this is not true. You are very flexible as regards what you can do, and can combine template-based materials with tailored Flash content until your course looks exactly like you want it.

Can I do my own rapid e-learning?

Many companies want to produce their own e-learning, which we strongly support. Articulate is very easy to use since it builds on Microsoft PowerPoint. If you need help we are happy to share our experience and expertise. We organize workshops regularly to help clients set up their own rapid e-learning productions – and always stay in touch to be able to help along the way. Please contact us of you want to learn how to make your own e-learning!
