Advantages with Lectora
Lectora is a template-based tool that relies on existing templates, interactions and functions in order to quickly proceed from idea to finished course structure. Using Lectora speeds up the work process and enables the client to receive a functioning beta-version for evaluation at a very early stage.
Lectora: great possibilities for distribution
Lectora can publish courses in many different ways; for example via SCORM-packages and AICC-compatible packages suitable for different types of LMS’s. Lectora also publishes as HTML for the web, on CD and on USB-sticks. Courses can also be delivered via smart phones such as iPhones or iPod Touch.
TicTac has long experience of Lectora
We have built courses in Lectora for many years. Lectora is a tool that is used by many Swedish and international companies because of its many functions facilitating cooperation. For example, Lectora allows you to work on several versions of the same document at the same time. It is also a very smart program for translation of courses; it exports the text from the course to a standard text file that is translated and then imported back into the course.
The combination of Flash development and Lectora
It is possible to build educations without any additional programming. However, our experience shows that small amounts of Flash-content are very sufficient to lift Lectora-productions to new levels. The finished course is a combination of powerful and engaging content that will stimulate and impress the user – and a production that is fast and simple to build, and that can easily be updated. In order to further boost our Lectora-productions we have built a library of interactive exercises that can easily be incorporated into any Lectora course.
