TicTac currently helps around ten authorities in Sweden to achieve their training objectives and to develop employee skills in a way that delivers results. Our digital learning experiences are tailored to the needs of each organisation, but are based on values such as availability, participation and modern educational methods.
We have framework agreements with authorities, county councils and organisations such as the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, the Swedish Migration Agency, Sida, the National Board of Health and Welfare, the Swedish Transport Administration and Region Skåne. This makes us a familiar and convenient partner in long-term partnerships. Other authorities choose us as a partner through direct procurement. In both cases we meet all the demands that are made of suppliers and ensure that we deliver a high-quality service.
We work hard to ensure compliance with the requirements that apply in public administration. We have therefore developed a project approach that builds on result-based methods. We also have established policies covering safety, the environment and the workplace, which make it easier to work on projects where openness and transparency are key requirements.
